On this website, my goal is to help men over 40 build muscle, lose fat, get lean and feel fantastic. And if you want to reveal your abs for a holiday coming up, a special occasion or just a personal goal of yours, I can help you do that too!
What you will find with this brand is not only is it geared specifically for men over 40, but I also teach a very unpopular and unconventional way of training.
You see, the fitness industry is full of lies and deception and as I’ve got older (49 years old as I write this) it’s only got worse!
More lies, more deception, more drugs, more supplements, more obsession and more madness!
The fact is getting in shape, building muscle and losing fat takes a lot less time than you think…take a handful of the best compound exercises that are safe for you to perform and get stronger on them over time, training no more than 2-3 times per week and couple that with a nutrition plan that’s designed for you to lose fat and build muscle, and you’ll achieve an incredible strong and lean physique without having to spend hours and hours in the gym.
At its core, it really is that simple…but simple doesn’t mean easy! But the fitness industry has done a very good job of convincing us otherwise…
It has led us to believe you have to spend countless hours in the gym, be eating bland meals every few hours and chugging down an army of supplements!
I’ve tried that way and let me tell you, it made me feel miserable with LESS results.
At the forefront of Lean Over 40 For Men, is its teaching of how to live a happy and healthy life without it taking over and taking too much out of you and your precious time on this earth, that lets face it, shouldn’t be spent obsessing over fitness.
But the irony is, the approach I teach will get you MUCH better results!
This is one of the reasons why I never advocate training more than 3 times per week as men over 40, and as I’ve got older, I think lifting weights only twice per week to be more effective.
But don’t make the mistake of thinking you can’t transform yourself with less workouts per week, if you follow what I teach you will be astounded as to what you can achieve.
